You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be in processing.

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
12. My mug arrived broken—what should I do?
Please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement.
13. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
